Jake’s office is on the left, Sofia says, and he can’t miss it. She adds that she was about to begin her workout, if that is okay, and he tells her to go ahead, no problem at all.

Later he calls out that he has finished: “Sofia, I’m done.” The final caption repeats her name, with a question mark and no reply.

What the title gives away

The title announces the turn, and the setup fills in the rest, which is that the visitor ends up with his best friend’s girlfriend. On Sofia’s side there is an attraction she never planned, mixed with a taste for payback that she finds hard to resist. Neither free episode reveals what the payback is for, so that question waits behind the paywall, which starts at episode 3. All the pair really establishes is a home with the boyfriend away and a deadline of Monday.

Sofia, Jake and the friend with no name

Only Sofia is named in the dialogue that we hear, in episode 2. Her boyfriend, Jake, sets the visit in motion, and the visitor is the viewpoint character, who goes unnamed in the captions. Sofia, Jake and the visitor are generated adult characters, and no creator has lent a likeness.
