The Candy Shorts series that don’t exist

On 10 September 2026 I loaded the official Shorts hub end to end — every category tab, infinite scroll exhausted — and counted what was actually in it: 24 series in the grid, plus one more that still answers at its own address but no longer appears there.

Then I went at it from the other side, and looked at the titles people type into a search engine before landing here. Four of them name a specific series. One of the four is real.

The four titles

Mona’s Worst Enemy is the most searched, and it does not exist

By some distance the largest of the four, and there is no series by that name. What does exist is Mona — a character with a series of her own, listed as Mona: My Wild Step-Sister. That is almost certainly what the searches are after.

It is worth saying plainly because the alternative is a page that pretends to describe a series nobody can watch. Several sites will happily give you one. If you came here for Mona’s Worst Enemy, the honest answer is that the name is wrong, the character is right, and the series you want is one click away in the official catalogue.

Roxy’s Wet Weekend is real, and that is the interesting case

This one resolves. Open its address and the series page comes up. It simply is not in the grid any more — it has dropped out of the browsable catalogue while keeping its own page.

That gap matters more than the title does. A series can leave the catalogue view without the page going away, which means the number you count in the grid is a floor, not a complete inventory. It also means a series you like today can become hard to find tomorrow without any announcement. There is no download and no archive, so what you are paying for is access while it lasts.

The two with nothing behind them

Caught Between Sisters and Stepsis Summer return nothing. Not a renamed entry, not a near match, not a series with a similar premise under another title — we checked every tab and the full grid on the same pass.

For the second one there is a hint in the related searches: people also look for “candy ai your new stepsister”, which is a character prompt rather than a series title. That fits the pattern of the other three — the memory is of a character, and the title gets reconstructed around it.

Why this keeps happening

Three causes, worth separating because only one of them is anybody’s doing.

• Catalogues move. Series are added, extended and quietly dropped. The grid is a snapshot, and a search engine holds on to old snapshots far longer than a catalogue does.
• People remember characters, not titles. The titles here are long and descriptive; the character names are short. Three of the four searches look like a character name wearing an invented title.
• Some of it was written by someone who never opened the catalogue. Wherever Caught Between Sisters came from, it was not from the grid. Lists of “top Candy Shorts series” are easy to assemble and impossible to check unless you actually load the thing.

If the title you want is not there

Browsing is free and needs no account, so checking costs nothing. Two things make it harder than it should be, and both are worth knowing before you start: there is no search box in the product, and the cards carry no episode count. You navigate by the category filters above the grid and by reading the premise on the series page — which is enough at this size, and will not be forever.

If a title genuinely is not in the catalogue, there is nothing to recover. Anything offering it as a file is not distributing official material, which is a subject with its own page.
