Episode 2: hospitality, brainstorming and a bell

Episode 2 begins with the guest asking what exactly the sisters have planned for him. Nothing at all, says one, and the other tells her to make him feel wanted. One insists they were only praying for him, and the other sets the record straight: the praying was her sister’s, while she herself was brainstorming. The guest announces he is off to bed and is met with hearty agreement. One sister drops by to say that if he needs anything he should “just ring the bell,” and she means anything. Her sister interrupts with a one-word reminder: hospitality. With him in bed, the farce turns quiet and quick. A line blames the coffee, someone fears a sister is sitting outside, and the closing exchange is about getting somewhere before she arrives, answered by the remark that it should be easy because it has been a while.
