My Ex's Hot Dad on Candy Shorts: A Revenge Plan Starts With a Box of Her Things

Sienna drops by to collect what she left at her ex’s house, and it is her ex’s father who hands over the box.

Episode 1: a box of her things and a very bad idea

We watched on a Candy Shorts free account with captions on, and the narration opens with Marcus. His son Tyler dumped his girlfriend last week, she has come for her belongings, and he wishes he had simply handed her the box. Tyler is away at the lake until Sunday; Sienna says she knows that, which is why she chose today. Marcus offers her a glass of water. She answers that she practically lived there for two years, and it is funny how quickly you stop counting as family. He calls his son an idiot; she asks for a small favor and adds that Tyler got it wrong anyway. Marcus tells her not to ask him things like that, and she tells him to stop being so good at it. Through the open gate comes a visitor with a message about a charger, and Marcus says they were only catching up. At the end Sienna asks what would really hurt Tyler. Marcus reminds her that Tyler is his son, she replies “Exactly,” and she promises sweet revenge.

Episode 2: a rival, a lost mother and a clock

A woman who says she is Tyler’s girlfriend now tells Sienna that Tyler warned her Sienna would be clingy, and that she should take the box and go. Sienna promises to be back. Her next line names the woman as the one he cheated with and counts the three years he threw away. Marcus calls his son an even bigger fool than he thought.

The mood between the two of them shifts. She compliments him on finishing what he starts, which Tyler never did, and he answers that some things deserve to be done right. Tyler’s mother is mentioned, who left quietly one day. Someone says Marcus should not be alone in this big house, and he admits to Sienna that he is starting to like having her around. Both agree that once they begin there is no undoing it, and they name the target: Tyler’s house and everything he thinks is out of reach. Then Tyler phones his father to say plans have changed and he is driving up tonight, and the episode ends on a line about needing to hurry.

A revenge story with a deadline

At heart this is a revenge plot that widens into a family war, with secrets coming out along the way. Episode 2 shows how it ends: Tyler is already driving before the plan has begun, so the story gains a deadline. Whatever follows lives in episodes 3 to 5, past the paywall and outside this review.

The people in the house

Sienna is the ex, and Marcus is the father, a name the visitor in episode 1 uses for him. Tyler remains offstage until his phone call. The woman who introduces herself as his girlfriend is unnamed. One caption spells the son “Taylor” once, so we go with Tyler, the spelling used everywhere else. All the characters are invented adults, and no creator is attached to this Candy AI Shorts series.

Who this revenge suits

Pick it on Candy Shorts for a loud motive and a family home as the battlefield. Skip it if you want a gentle romance, since both leads act out of spite. For another household tangle, Dad’s New Girlfriend brings a father’s partner into play, and My Dad’s Bride Wants Me First does likewise ahead of a wedding.
