Hot Shot on Candy Shorts: An Anniversary, a Paintball Surprise and His Wife's Best Friend

A husband goes out for anniversary flowers and bumps into his wife’s best friend. That one piece of bad luck is what Hot Shot on Candy Shorts is built on, and it repeats until it no longer looks like luck.

Episode 1: tulips, a second meeting and an offer at the gym

On a free Candy.ai profile, with captions running, we pressed play on episode 1 and found him already coaching himself. He has spotted Katrine, whom he calls his wife’s bestie, and the rule is: no flirting, just flowers. Does this mean she finally has him alone, she asks. He mentions his and Sienna’s anniversary, and she suggests he leave his wife for her, calls it a joke and offers tulips that open up when you treat them right. He says he will take them. “I bet you would,” she answers, adding that if Sienna does not appreciate him, he knows someone who will. A little later they meet again, and she says that if the anniversary were theirs, he would be enjoying something much tastier. He heads for a workout to blow off steam, and she is there. He denies following her, and she says he caught her all sweaty, then asks if he wants to work out together or skip straight to the showers.

Episode 2: a lesson up close and a surprise from Sienna

A workout lesson that gets closer by the minute opens episode 2: Katrine asks if she is doing it right, then says he should come closer and show her. In walks Sienna. Katrine says she was only borrowing her hubby, and Sienna says she has a surprise for him and needs him back. “Don’t worry, my lips are sealed,” Katrine says. The surprise is an anniversary treat, and Sienna admits she can be a bit boring and wants to spice things up. Then she asks if he likes her bestie. Katrine is her friend, not his, he says. Sienna observes that most men cannot keep their eyes or hands off Katrine and wonders if liking her is the problem. The treat is paintball, and before teams are picked she brings up what she noticed at the gym. Out on the field he realizes Katrine is playing too, something Sienna did not mention. A paintball line that is not really about paintball ends the episode.

What the paintball surprise sets up in Hot Shot on Candy Shorts

From a florist to a paintball showdown: that is the route of the story. The field is set by the end of episode 2. Sienna built the day, Katrine arrives on it unannounced, and the question of who staged what hangs over all three. The paid run starts with episode 3, and we stopped there.

Sienna, Katrine and a husband without a name

Sienna is the wife, and her name comes up in episode 1 when he mentions their anniversary. Katrine, her best friend, is named in episode 2. The husband has no name in the free pair, and his thoughts carry much of the story. All three are adult characters, generated rather than filmed, and none is a licensed twin.

Puns on screen, sex off screen

On our scale Hot Shot scores a 4, as the porn guide explains. Puns, a gym and a paintball joke fill the first two episodes, which are loud about desire and quiet on screen, with no undressing and no sex scene. The series cashes in on its paid episodes, three at a dozen tokens each, an amount Premium’s 100 monthly tokens would cover. What a Candy Shorts login gives you for zero tokens is explained in the free episodes guide.

Anniversary flowers, a gym and a paintball field: our verdict

Viewers who enjoy temptation played as a running joke, with a husband who keeps resisting and a friend who keeps arriving, will like it. A second layer comes from the wife’s subplot, because her surprise is not as simple as it sounds. Skip it if you want one clear love story or a darker mood. My Wife’s Best Friend offers a houseguest version of the same triangle, and The Anniversary Massage is another anniversary that goes sideways. The series hub has the rest.
