The number worth holding on to is the one nobody advertises: €13.99 a month is the undiscounted list price. The annual plan is genuinely cheaper per month, but it is twelve months paid up front, and the monthly plan’s attractive figure applies to the first month only before it steps up to list.

Tokens are a separate thing

This trips people up, so it is worth separating properly. The subscription and the token allowance are two different currencies and they pay for different things.
